From the very beginning our endeavor had always been to create nature friendly and sustainable developments. Most of our projects are small, low rise and hence easily maintainable. All our completed projects till date are designed and planned in house by Mr. Pereira who is passionate about Goa and all thing Goan so much so that he borrows from our rich & unique architectural heritage and combines it with contemporary modern elements & style. Our respect for mother nature is reflected in the design and execution of all our projects and are greatly appreciated.
All our homes come with a two year written warranty. We take immense pride in the fact that since our humble beginnings more than three decades ago until date we have remained a totally litigation free construction enterprise. Today we have small but noticeable footprints in construction , Real estate, food production & hospitality.
